My name is Darren Aiello, CRM, CPC, CBCS. As a Certified Reiki Master in the Usui tradition and a Certified Life Coach, I bring a deeply intuitive and compassionate approach to healing. After years in the social services field alongside my husband, we shifted into mental health to better support those navigating life’s challenges. Along the way, we saw just how many barriers people face—and realized we could help clear the path.
My Story
As a Certified Reiki Master in the Usui tradition, I offer a calming, intuitive approach to healing that supports both the body and mind. My passion for mental health has guided my journey—from graduating Ross Medical School in 2014 with a focus on Medical Billing, Coding, and Administration, to becoming a Certified Life Coach and offering one-on-one support within our practice. I believe healing should feel safe, accessible, and aligned with each person’s comfort level.

Having faced my own share of trauma and emotional triggers, I’ve learned how to move through pain without letting it define me. Now, I help others do the same. Whether through Reiki, coaching, or simply holding space, I guide individuals to reconnect with their inner voice, break old patterns, and uncover the strengths they already hold. My goal is to help people see the best in themselves—and believe in the life they’re capable of building.
