Myndset Wellness Events bring professional massage and integrative wellness directly into workplaces, retreats, conferences, corporate gatherings, celebrations, and private events. Led by Darren Aiello, LMT, CRM, each experience is thoughtfully designed around your venue, schedule, group size, and goals, allowing wellness to become a natural part of the event rather than simply another service added to it.
From employee appreciation and workplace wellness days to executive retreats, conferences, corporate hospitality, destination gatherings, and special occasions, Darren creates restorative experiences that invite guests to step away, recharge, and return feeling refreshed.

THE MYNDSET WELLNESS EXPERIENCE
A PRIVATE PLACE TO RECHARGE.
For select events, Myndset can create a dedicated Wellness Lounge, an intentionally designed retreat within your event where guests can step away from the surrounding energy and receive personalized restorative care.
Depending on your event, the Wellness Lounge can function as an inviting open wellness activation, a more discreet private treatment environment, or a curated combination of both.

Chair massage provides an accessible, efficient option for serving a greater number of guests, while table massage creates a quieter and more immersive experience. Services can be combined and adapted around the size, pace, and atmosphere of your event.

The Signature Wellness Event brings the Myndset experience directly into your workplace, gathering, or special event. Designed for shorter events and smaller groups, this experience creates a dedicated opportunity for guests to step away from the surrounding activity, receive personalized restorative care, and return feeling refreshed.
Your event is planned around your venue, available space, guest needs, and overall goals. Depending on the setting, the experience may incorporate chair massage, table massage, assisted stretching and mobility, Reiki, grounding, relaxation, or other integrative wellness practices.
Ideal for: employee appreciation, workplace wellness, leadership gatherings, private events, smaller retreats, and special occasions.
HALF DAY WELLNESS EXPERIENCE

The Half Day Wellness Experience creates a more substantial wellness presence within your event, giving guests greater opportunity to participate while allowing the experience to unfold at a comfortable, intentional pace.
With additional time, the experience can be designed around the natural flow of your event and may combine chair or table massage, assisted stretching and mobility, recovery-focused bodywork, Reiki, grounding practices, and other restorative services.
For appropriate venues, a dedicated Myndset Wellness Lounge can create a recognizable retreat within the event where guests can step away, reset, and return when they are ready.

FULL DAY WELLNESS EXPERIENCE

The Full Day Wellness Experience transforms wellness from a scheduled activity into an ongoing part of your event.
With the Myndset team on-site for up to eight hours, guests have access to a consistent restorative space throughout the day. The extended format provides greater flexibility for guest scheduling, multiple wellness approaches, therapist rotations and breaks, and a more immersive Wellness Lounge experience.
The format is developed around your venue, attendance, event schedule, and goals, allowing the wellness experience to complement the day rather than interrupt it.
Ideal for: conferences, company wellness days, executive retreats, larger private events, hospitality experiences, and full-day gatherings.

Custom Private Concierge Proposal
For events extending beyond a single day or requiring a larger wellness presence, Myndset offers fully customized concierge event experiences.
Designed for destination events, multi-day retreats, conferences, luxury gatherings, and larger-scale experiences, these engagements are developed individually around your location, schedule, guest count, desired services, staffing needs, and overall vision.
Experiences may incorporate dedicated Wellness Lounge environments, multiple treatment stations, massage and bodywork, assisted stretching and mobility, Reiki and integrative practices, personalized guest scheduling, expanded service hours, and additional wellness professionals when appropriate.
Travel, accommodations, staffing, equipment, scheduling, and event-specific logistics are incorporated into your private proposal, creating one cohesive plan for the wellness component of your event.
This is not simply additional hours. It is a wellness experience built around the event itself.
Ideal for: destination retreats, multi-day conferences, luxury and hospitality events, executive gatherings, large-scale celebrations, and events requiring expanded wellness staffing.
ABOUT EVENT PRICING
Published event rates are starting prices and reflect our standard event format. Your final investment is determined by the scope of your experience, including event location, duration, guest volume, staffing, number of treatment stations, selected services, venue requirements, travel, and any customized enhancements. Final pricing and event details are confirmed in your event proposal before your reservation is secured.

Every Myndset Wellness Event is supported by a dedicated team so your hosts, planners, and organizers can remain focused on their guests and the event itself.

From arrival through final breakdown, the Myndset team manages the details of the wellness experience. Our dedicated event representative oversees guest transitions, scheduling, treatment flow, and the overall Wellness Lounge experience, allowing our massage therapists to remain focused on restorative care.
Event durations represent complete onsite wellness coverage and thoughtfully incorporate guest transitions, treatment preparation, practitioner wellness breaks, sanitation, and the behind-the-scenes care required to maintain a professional experience from beginning to end.
For larger or more immersive events, additional Licensed Massage Therapists, treatment stations, event support, and expanded wellness experiences can be incorporated into your private proposal.
SPACE + ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
For a standard two-practitioner event layout, please reserve a clean, level service area of approximately 10 feet by 20 feet.
As a general planning standard, each active massage table or chair station requires approximately 10 feet by 10 feet so practitioners can work safely, guests can enter and exit comfortably, and equipment remains clear of walls, furniture, service traffic, and event walkways.
Larger or customized activations may require additional space, which will be confirmed during event planning.
The host is responsible for ensuring timely venue access for setup and breakdown, safe loading access, reasonable temperature control, restroom access, and an environment appropriate for professional bodywork.
EVENT ARRIVAL + SETUP
The Myndset team arrives before scheduled guest service begins to unload equipment, establish treatment stations, prepare linens and sanitation supplies, confirm guest flow, and coordinate final details with the venue or host.
Your exact arrival and setup window will be confirmed in the event proposal. Larger activations and venues involving loading docks, elevators, security procedures, restricted parking, hotels, or destination logistics may require additional preparation time.
EVENT RESERVATION + CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30% non-refundable event retainer is required to reserve your date and begin event planning. The retainer is applied toward the total investment and reflects the date, staffing capacity, planning time, and operational resources committed once your event is confirmed.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event unless a different payment schedule is established in your signed proposal.
Custom products, third-party rentals, destination travel, parking, lodging, transportation, venue access, and other non-recoverable expenses are non-refundable once purchased or committed.
This policy applies to Myndset Wellness Events, Wedding Wellness, private event activations, and destination event reservations unless different terms are established within the signed Private Concierge Proposal.
If Myndset must cancel because of practitioner illness or injury, vehicle accident or mechanical failure, unsafe travel conditions, emergency circumstances, or another circumstance outside reasonable control, Myndset will first consider a qualified substitute or priority rescheduling when appropriate. If contracted services cannot be provided, fees paid for unperformed Myndset services will be refunded or transferred to a rescheduled event at the client's choice.
For severe weather, declared emergencies, venue closures, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances affecting both parties, Myndset will work in good faith to reschedule the event when reasonably possible. Funds already committed to non-recoverable third-party expenses remain subject to the original vendor's terms.
