There is no treatment room to prepare and no experience for you to create. We bring everything needed to transform your space into a calm, private, restorative setting.
Darren arrives with the professional equipment, premium linens, comfort supports, therapeutic essentials, and wellness elements needed for your session. From the moment we arrive through final breakdown, the details are ours to manage so you can focus on settling in and receiving your care.
Arrival + Preparation Window
To create the Myndset experience with the same level of care as the treatment itself, please allow access approximately 45 minutes before your scheduled hands-on start time.
Myndset typically arrives within a 30 to 45 minute pre-service window. This allows for the normal variables that come with mobile care, including traffic, parking, building access, weather, elevators, security procedures, and other travel considerations, without placing the responsibility of managing those details on you.
Your Session Time Is Your Session Time
Setup and breakdown are separate from your booked service time. If you schedule a 60, 90, or 120 minute session, that time is reserved for your massage and wellness experience.
Arrival, unloading, setup, sanitation, final comfort preparation, and discreet breakdown are all handled outside of your booked treatment time.
The goal is simple: by the time your session begins, your space is ready, the details are handled, and all you need to do is settle in.

For autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, and otherwise neurodivergent clients, that may mean greater predictability, fewer sensory demands, additional transition time, clearer communication, or simply the freedom to experience massage without having to perform relaxation in a particular way.
